IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES.
On 30thJuly 2025, the United States Government announced an Executive Order which outlined significant changes to the customs requirements and processes for goods being imported into the USA from 29th August 2025. These changes affect goods entering the USA from any country in the world, including the UK. Removal of duty-free for low value items– previously, items valued at less than $800 could enter the USA without having to pay customs duties. That’s changing and from 29thAugust, goods, regardless of value, may now be subject to import tariffs (duties). Until such time that the rules and duties have been outlined we are unable to offer sales and delivery to the United States, whilst we appreciate this can be frustrating we are physically unable to process any shipping with any of our preffered couriers. Customs in the United States may be able to browse our online store and add items to basket, however application of delivery and checkout will not be possible.
Special offers and discounts where applicable may be limited in time, usage, value, product or minimum spend. Please ensure any discount codes are entered at Checkout exactly as provided to claim. No other discount or refunds will be given unless expressly approved by HPS Target Rifles Ltd. Discount codes redeemable via web orders and completed payments only. Parcels not exceeding 2kg and not appearing on Royal Mail's restricted items list may be sent by Royal Mail 48 hour services or a delivery partner of our choice, all other items exceeding 2Kg in weight may be sent via Parcelforce or a similar delivery service. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange an alternative delivery such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, additional delivery charges may apply. Please note we are not able to instruct delivery partners to leave parcles in specific areas due to the nature of the goods, if upon delivery attempt there is no one to receive or answer you may be required to collect your parcel from a given location as instructed by the delivery partner.
For all orders placed online and completed via our secure checkout a minimum charge of £7 will be added at checkout for post and packing for Mainland UK ** The delivery charge for all International orders is £75. Please note that the cost of delivery will automatically be added to your order at checkout if applicable.
Note: Restricted items such as Ammunition, Propellant Powder and Primers MUST be sent by a registered Hazardous Carrier for UK transport of dangerous goods. All Hazardous goods will be offered for delivery by agreement only, a charge will be applied in relation to this that we will advise you of prior to delivery.
Ammunition, Primers, Powder, Propellant Delivery
Propellant powder for Ammunition reloading is restricted under hazardous goods transport and requires handling by a registered Hazmat carrier. Propellant, Ammunition and Primers are availale as a click and collect purchase only. We may offer at times a delivery of such items to the NRA Bisley Camp to coincide with our own visits and trade events.
Items such as Ammunition, Primers and Firearms (including chambered barrels and actions) if not collected from ourselves must be sent by courier direct to a Registered Firearms Dealer of your choice near you. Please note that your receiving dealer may charge a handling or storage fee for this service at their own discretion.
For international supply of Firearm or Ammunition components we may be restricted against supply by international laws of shipping governed under each controlling state, where this applies you will not be charged for your order until such time that any required licences and or end user undertakings have been satisfied and supplied to ourselves.
